Safety and operating requirements
How we keep guests safe on the mountain, and what we ask of you.
Working draft. This page describes how Wildpoint handles each subject and is published so guests are not left guessing. The final, binding terms are provided with your booking confirmation and are reviewed periodically — ask us for the current version if you need it in writing before you book.
Briefings come first
Every rental and guided experience starts with a briefing from our team covering the machine, the route and current conditions. Please arrive ready to listen and ask questions.
Personal protective equipment
To be confirmedTo be confirmed: exactly what protective equipment is provided with each machine and what guests are required to bring or wear.
Age, licence and supervision
To be confirmedTo be confirmed: age and licence requirements for drivers, passenger rules, and supervision requirements for younger guests.
Riding areas and conditions
To be confirmedTo be confirmed: the permitted riding areas, seasonal access routes and how closures are communicated.
Always check current weather, road and fire-restriction information before you travel. Conditions at this elevation change quickly.
Alcohol, drugs and behaviour
Operating a Wildpoint machine under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted, and we may end a rental or experience if behaviour puts anyone at risk.
Reporting an incident
If anything happens out on the trail — damage, a collision or an injury — stop, make sure everyone is safe, and contact us as soon as you have signal. We would rather know early than find out at return.
Still planning?
