Rental terms

A rental is not confirmed until Wildpoint has confirmed the machine, the date and the duration with you and the required deposit has been taken.

Rates depend on the machine, the duration and the season. Your confirmed rate is the one quoted to you at booking.

To be confirmed: how the rental clock starts and ends, the grace period on returns, and the charge for a late return.

To be confirmed: minimum driver age, licence requirements, passenger rules and supervision requirements for younger riders, per machine and per riding area.

The damage waiver program is optional and is offered in Basic, Standard and Premium tiers, each with a different deductible.

The damage waiver is not insurance. It is an agreement that reduces your financial responsibility for accidental damage, and exclusions and limitations apply. The tier terms in force on your rental date apply.

To be confirmed: the fuel policy, refuelling expectations, cleaning fees and what condition the machine must be returned in.

To be confirmed: how damage is assessed, what the guest is responsible for, and how incidents must be reported.

Riders must follow the safety briefing, use the machine as intended, and stay on routes we are permitted to use. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

Trails, road access and permitted riding areas can change with weather, closures and fire restrictions. We brief you on current conditions for your date.
