Wildpoint cabin stays
Cabin cancellations
What happens if you need to change or cancel a cabin stay.
Working draft. This page describes how Wildpoint handles each subject and is published so guests are not left guessing. The final, binding terms are provided with your booking confirmation and are reviewed periodically — ask us for the current version if you need it in writing before you book.
Changing your stay
We let you change your dates. Contact us as early as you can and we will move your stay to another available date, with any rate difference settled at the time.
Cancelling your stay
We require 3 days' notice before your arrival for a full refund of your deposit.
During holiday periods, that notice increases to 7 days for a full refund of your deposit.
No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full.
Weather and unsafe conditions
We will reschedule or cancel bookings based on weather at our discretion. If conditions make travel or the stay unsafe, we will contact you as early as we can to reschedule or find another option.
Third-party protection
Third-party protection is available for cabin rentals as well as UTV / snowmobile rentals. Ask us when you book and we will walk you through what it covers and how to add it.
Still planning?
We'll answer the awkward questions too
